Once your order has been placed our team will get to work on building your order. Once the order is built and ready to ship we deliver it to our delivery partner.
We work with an independent family owned logistics company who have been established for the last 30 years like ourselves. Once they have your mattress they look at planning deliveries in the most fuel efficient way, they will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time slot.
Larger orders will be sent directly on our own fleet of trucks. If you would like to collect you items, please let us know when placing the order so this can be arrange.
